Wandsworth Council to issue speeding fines
Wandsworth Council is the first local authority in England to issue fines for speeding! It is the police who issue penalty points and fines for speeding offences, but Wandsworth is going to start issuing fines. We can see this as a significant source of income, and thus likely we suspect to be adopted but other local authorities around the country.
